These terms govern your use of Aakriti, operated by KALAEEM TECHNOLOGIES LLP, India. Contact: contact@kalaeem.com. Use the app only if you can agree to these terms or have appropriate guardian authorization.

Using Aakriti

Aakriti lets you browse, preview and apply curated live wallpapers through Android. Core use is available without sign-in. If you sign in, use an account you are authorized to use. There are currently no ads, coins, paid unlocks or in-app purchases. Upcoming features and catalog content can change; a Coming Soon listing is not a promise of a particular release date.

Wallpaper content and permitted use

Wallpaper content is provided subject to applicable rights and licences. Through the app, you receive permission for personal wallpaper use on compatible devices. Rights remain with their respective rights holders; we do not claim exclusive ownership of every underlying work or cultural subject. Do not extract, redistribute, resell or offer the wallpaper files as a competing library, circumvent access/content protections, or use the service unlawfully. No save-to-gallery or redistribution licence is offered.

If you believe content infringes your rights, email contact@kalaeem.com identifying the work, the wallpaper and your basis for the request. We will investigate.

Compatibility and power use

Live-wallpaper behavior, sensor response, home/lock-screen support and battery restrictions vary by device, launcher and Android version. Android’s system picker controls the final destination. Battery saver currently reduces motion; it is not a guarantee of a particular sensor rate, frame rate or battery drain. See device help. Network charges may apply to downloads.

Privacy and accounts

Our Privacy Policy explains account, local data and optional analytics. Favourites/settings currently stay on your phone and do not sync through Google sign-in. You may sign out, delete your Aakriti account or request data deletion as described on the deletion page. Deleting Aakriti does not delete your Google account.

Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or preservation of local data. Keep your device and account secure. We may update, change or remove content or restrict abusive access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from our breach; we do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the app changes, with the revision date shown above. Indian law applies to the extent consistent with mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. For questions, support or complaints, contact contact@kalaeem.com.
